Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training equips individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide early intervention support to people experiencing mental health challenges or substance use issues.

This training is offered online in a day-long format and includes approximately two hours of course pre-work.

Your $30 course fee covers the cost of an online training platform and evidence-based digital resources for personal use before, during, and after the course. All materials are developed and updated by the Mental Health First Aid national organization.
